Job Description : HEAD OF ENGINEERING LONDON UK Director level, Software Engineering hires (titled as "Head of Engineering") for one of the UK's best loved and successful Digital/ Retail Banks! Applicants should have experience leading transformational Software Programmes and Line teams (+100 heads), to deliver business value/ beautiful products (B2B and B2C), building and optimising Microservices/ managing migrations from monolithic landscapes, growing/ retaining Development, DevOps and testing teams and partnering/ facing off to Product and Ops etc. at senior levels. This role will provide the post holder(s) an incredible opportunity to join a fast moving business with 10's of millions of Customers, in the throws of a multi-billion £££ Digital evolution of its platform, products and services!
