Job Description : EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR DUBAI one of the top multinational pharmaceutical & healthcare service providers. The role involves handling all employees relations aspects of the business, including-but not limited to- relationships with Unions, labor law, compensations, etc.. At least 10 years of multinational experience is required, in addition to experience in dealing with unions, handling stakeholders, and conducting investigations & taking disciplinary measures is required.
