Job Description : Procurement Manager: Dubai Responsibilities: -Overseeing and supervising employees purchasing request. -Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies. -Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. -Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased. -Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records. -Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. -Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. -Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers. -Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. -Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. -Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. -Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports. -Bachelors Degree – 8 years’ experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office
