Job Description : SENIOR SALES MANAGER THAILAND As the Senior Manager - Online Sales (Automotive) you will drive the online sales strategic planning, potential roadmap to drive online sale for the company and guideline for sales action plan. This role offers a competitive base salary with health insurance. Project head for dealership online sales Establish well organised online sales team structure that fit to future business concept in 1 years period, plus 1 year post go-live monitoring and fixing period Implement various online sales and marketing strategies in order to achieve quarterly sales target Provide intensive online knowledge to both sales managers and sales persons, plus recap session on regular basis Update project status to top management on regular basis Coordinate with relevant departments (i.e. HR, IT, Sales & Marketing) to deliver smooth implementation Plan & execute on digital budgets and revenue forecasts Develop Sales Team to be digitally savvy sellers with client base and in market relationship Direct sales activities and processes that generate new business and deepen existing relationships specifically digital revenue Manage digital revenue, maximising profit with optimising cost Ongoing personal and team training and development specific to digital marketing in general Drives results through others, manage team performance and holds team accountable against business metrics Constant liaison between sales, clients and vendors Bachelor degree in any fields (Related field is a plus) Expert knowledge for online sales in automotive industry 12-15years experience as project leader Strong interpersonal skill, proactive, and willing to work hard
