Vice President Supply Chain

Job Description : VP SUPPLY CHAIN THAILAND food retail firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to CEO, this is an excellent role for high calibre supply chain profession who wants to take C- Level role. In this role, you will be responsible to support business growth of company by leading strategic end to end supply chain operations across nationwide. This role offers a competitive base salary with bonus. To lead and drive overall supply chain operations for the manufacturing sites and retail shops in alignment with short and long term goal of the business To lead and drive process improvement culture with solid plan to achieve world-class standards in sustainable manner for all supply chain To strategically drive procurement functions for food and non- food for the business to ensure right partnership and sustainability supply chain To provide clear leadership in steering the cross-functional teams in an environment with high complexities with a large product range and formulations To maintain a safe working environment and ensuring environmental compliance with local and corporate direction To excel in this VP - Supply Chain role, you are required to possess at least 10 years proven experience in an overall supply chain management role in the retail, restaurant, or food distribution management with at least 3 years experience in senior leadership role. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related fields Excellent knowledge/experience in food, retail or FMCG business Hands-on mindset, analytical skills, problem solving and financial skills with a strong leadership Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits Strong skills in driving for results Strong in people management and development Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders across divisions & functions
