15 yearsJob Description : HR DIRECTOR THAILAND The HR Director will play a key role in the HR team’s continued development and success in Thailand. Overall HR&Admin, including dealing with labour union in manufacturing Implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall human resources functions and process for manufacturing such as recruitment, remuneration, welfare & benefit, people development, talent management/succession plan, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, performance management including administration function Support and liaise with other functional / departmental head to understand all required HR strategies, actions and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievement to be accordance with company objective & target Be a partner to the line management, looking for the solutions and improvements in the existing processes. - Optimise communication flows inside the manufacturing team. To work with the line management to maximise workforce performance : increase productivity , eliminate waste , improve people's moral Manage, implement, execute and promote an employee relationship throughout working with unions and employee committees, employee safety and health, all employee activities, and labour issues Implement, manage, maintain and monitor overall employee’s training and development program to support the quality of personnel and meet the company’s job competency Implement and manage a compensation and benefit for manufacturing associates, payroll process, payroll reporting and analysis, and payroll issues, maintaining employee records, completing and recording insurance and other benefits programs offered to employees and assisting employees in understanding and evaluating the participation in these programs To succeed the role, communication skill, employee relation and experience of dealing with labour union is key including skill of HR operation in manufacturing. Experiences as HR managerial in manufacturing sizing 1,000 ppl.++ Experience of dealing with union negotiation Full spectrum of HR & administration functions; recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance & talent management, succession planning, payroll & salary review Detail-minded, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skill Strong leadership and able to manage stakeholder
