Job Description : COUNTRY SALES DIRECTOR PHILIPPINES at a global renewable energy company. As Country Sales Director, you will be the business leader in a role which enables you to help shape the market growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies. You will work with a cross-functional team across sales, pre-sales, global services, legal, finance, and more. The role enables you to drive market growth through innovative marketing strategies and successful sales engagements. Make strategies/plans for each product to achieve the objective of sales target, profit and percentage of monthly and annual product achievement. Ensure the planning and implementation of activities according to the strategy that has been set to achieve the sales target and consumer 'Off Takes'. Ensure monthly Sales reach the set sales target for each month and year Ensure the collection, target is reach every month for customer payments to the company Ensure that the Sales and Marketing Strategy is implemented according to the budget by the management To be successful in this Country Sales Director job, you must have relevant experience in Solar/ Renewable Energy business specifically in developing solar farm background. Proven sales management in large enterprise solution sales, preferably solar/ renewable energy related business skills is desirable Entrepreneurial mindset, with good organisational skills Team player, who has thrived in demanding, intellectually charged environments, the ability to win credibility and contribute across the breadth of a business and its senior management team Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, including presentations and communicating to senior executives. Strong negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to successfully build and maintain relationships with "C" level executives from major companies Commercially savvy 15 – 20 years’ experience, in which eight or more years are in solution sales to large enterprises
