Job Description : GM-Operations in leading company in Ibadan. ü Job Location-Ibadan ü Africa experience preferred not mandatory. ü Family status ü Industry preferred-Plastics/FMCG ü Qualification- Electrical or mechanical engineering is a must ü 15 Years of progressive manufacturing experience, preferably currently handling same role as (GM) in a manufacturing company, candidates from the Plastic background will be preferred ü Six sigma or Continuous Improvement credentials preferred ü Possess working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Visual Management and JIT Lean manufacturing
