Job Description : Operations Manager (injection molding)-Minnesota. USA Well established company that has been in business for over 40 years has an excellent opportunity available for an Operations Manager. This position will be in charge of all production, safety, quality and maintenance. The position will manager approximately 100 employees in a 24/7 operation. Requirements: Must have at least 15 years of experience in Operations Management or Production Management. Experience in plastic injection molding is a must. A background in quality control and medical device is highly preferred. Must have strong leadership skills. BS Degree is preferred.
