Job Description : INJECTION MOLDING PLANT MANAGER USA AS PLANT MANAGER, YOU WILL: · Plan, organized, directed, and ran optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations · Drive continuous improvement strategy to ensure the plants meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI) related to safety, customer & supplier service levels, backlog, lead time, cost, and inventory management. · Manage and direct injection molding and extrusion operational departments for the facilities assigned · Coach, develop, mentor, and motivate the team to foster a positive high-performance work environment · Conduct gap and continuous improvement analysis for department personnel and implement changes as required to right-size organization and align with business objectives · Develop and drive manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory strategies to achieve gross profit and operating profit improvement targets · Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards · Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines · Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results · Make recommendations to improve operations and efficiency and reduce cost · Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime · Manage the logistical aspects of product life cycles, including coordination or provisioning of samples, and the minimization of obsolescence · Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets · Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE · High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering preferred · Minimum of 15 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations · Knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, and six sigma methodology required; Food Safety Management preferred · Ability to easily adapt to changes in priorities and provide direction and motivation for team members with focus on customer satisfaction · Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-driven · Ability to create and foster a positive plant culture · Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise · Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes · Practical PC skills required (Microsoft Office) · Strong team-building, decision-making, and people management skills
