Job Description : Director of Operations to be based in Oman. The role will be working on behalf of the Service Provider, delivering regional Catering services to multiple clients and contracts. The individual will also take full operational responsibility and also oversee the P&L of the business. Experience delivering catering services to either/both Oil & Gas and Healthcare related industries is ESSENTIAL.
