Supply Chain Specialist

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST Industry: Tobacco & FMCG Please note this role requires candidates currently available in UAE and willing to relocate to Sudan. The role will initially be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and after 2-3 months of service will be based in Khartoum, Sudan. Job Responsibilities: • o Manage raw materials, contact suppliers, compare and find the best deal for the company. o Execute supply chain assistant functions to move products from suppliers to retail outlets. o Reconcile physically all supply chain products with that of invoices and supply documents. o Prepare invoices and documentation of products to be supplied to retail outlets. o Perform physical stock checks in a warehouse or stockroom setting. o Check and examine quality of materials before arranging dispatches through supply chains. o Supply materials on time to meet production schedules and deadlines. Job Requirements: • o Must have at least 5 years of experience in Procurement & Purchasing / Supply Chain o Candidates that are currently available in Sudan preferred o Minimum 2 years of experience in having direct communication with Suppliers o Minimum 2 years in FMCG environment in UAE o Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Managementor similar field o Willingness to relocate to Sudan after 1 or 2 months of service in UAE factory o Preferred nationality: Pakistani / Filipino / Indian o Male candidates only Salary: $ 1,500 – 2,200 + Accommodation
