Job Description : HEAD – ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE & DGM – ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE Location :- Jharsuguda, Odisha Education & Experience:- · Must be a BE/B.Tech – Electrical or equivalent with 18 to 25 years of work experience in Electrical Maintenance of entire Thermal Power Plants (i.e) BTG & BOP areas with minimum 500 MW (single unit) or more capacity. · Must have extensive experience in electrical maintenance of solid fuel generation stations with a good knowledge of modern maintenance management practices & tools. · Should be in a leadership position for 3 to 5 years in leading electrical maintenance team in a thermal power plant and should have worked in SAP environment for maintenance activities. Brief Job Description:- · The position will be responsible for leading electrical maintenance team of main plant and BOP and execute best maintenance practices in compliance with all statutory and EHS procedures and regulations. · Responsible for leading the team in maintaining Electrical equipment (Generators, Power Transformers, HT & LT switch gears, HT & LT Drives, VFDs, etc.), for routine, preventive & predictive Maintenance & annual overhauls. Routine maintenance of electrical equipment of thermal power plant (HT & LT motors/ switchgears) & 400 KV Switchyard (EHV/MV/LV/Transformers/Circuit breakers/CT/PT) as per ISO procedures / SAP PM Schedules & notifications. · Responsible for guiding the team in spares parts planning, inventory control, planning for annual overhauling/capital overhauling, renovation and modernisation works, performance evaluations and performing residual life assessment. · Ability to deal with emergencies arising due to any external or internal electrical fault/ due to any mechanical breakdown of any equipment, Handle trouble shooting & failure analysis of equipment & machinery. · Responsible for execution of reliability centred maintenance practices and administration of maintenance management system. · Responsible for reviewing the preventive and predictive maintenance plan for the plant, condition monitoring of the equipment and tracking the equipment efficiency.
