Job Description : EXPORT SALES CUM OPERATIONS MANAGER MALAWI The Post is responsible for developing & executing export sales and marketing Strategies , as well as manage day to day operations of export department. Responsible for develop new marketing strategies to enter a new market, and identify new opportunities.Maintain good relation with the customer .The role is also Manage the team, continual improvement, Staffing as required, train them & suppot for effectiveness in the work. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: - 1. Responsible for sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. 2. Identify new market and business opportunities and develop relationship with the customer. 3. Prepare effective sales & marketing report for forecast to the management. 4. Heading sales and marketing . 5. Development of contract farming. 6. Responsible for overall stock control of all type commodities at all countrywide warehouses. 7. Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. 8. Preparing local and foreign customer agreements or contracts. 9. Import, Export and leasing with foreign debtors and creditors 10. Bring in new ideas which is cost effective, economical and timesaver. 11. Lead the group of team; from competency requirement establishment as per business need, team building, & create the opportunity for appropriate training as per require skill of the team member. Mentoring team members, providing guidelines, feedback and support to help them to grow. SKILLS REQUIRED:- 1. Fluent in English and communication skills. 2. Ability to sell products and services. 3. To be thorough and pay attention to detail. 4. Leadership skills. 5.Analytical skills 6. Planning for Export Order Execution. 7.Arrangements of Shipping Procuring material, resources and securing compliance, Buying & Selling, communicating, Marketing skill,Analytical skills. 15 years in selling Soya and sunflower Deoiled cake ( DOC) in various African countries like Kenya , Tanzania, Zambia , Rwanda , Congo , Zimbabwe , South Africa etc Must have African sales & marketing experience on above products. _
