Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING HEAD, GHANA FOR PHARMA Study the information given about the products by a superior, conduct meetings with customers and close deals with customers. Develop and maintain a business, sales and marketing plan for the company Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via telephone/ emails/ visits. Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business by cold calling. Researching new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements to the company. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Analyze sales and marketing data and make relevant reports for management. Candidate should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume. To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on quarterly basis. Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations. Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts Giving on the job training to medical representatives. Ensure accurate use of promotional gadget to get maximum ROI Build the base of KOL to set the prescription trend Assessment of Medical Representative Performance by conducting monthly and quarterly meetings.
