Job Description : Plant Manager- New Jeresy USA - Looking for a Production Manager looking to take the next step. Must have 15 years Leadership in Injection Molding, Extrusion and Food/ Safety- Relocation Provided REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering preferred Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing operations Knowledge of Lean principles, 5S, six sigma methodology required; Food Safety Management Ability to easily adapt to changes in priorities and provide direction and motivation for team members with focus on customer satisfaction Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and results driven Ability to create and foster a positive plant culture Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes Effective PC skills required (Microsoft Office) Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
