Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER EQ GUINEA Oil & Gas operator in Africa. Expanding its activities in Equatorial Guinea, the company is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. Job Description As Finance Manager, you will be looking after the upstream activities in Equatorial Guinea. Reporting directly to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include: - developing an international finance & administration team, managing all financial and operational reporting and controls, - providing leadership and responsibility for the financial reporting, ensuring integrity of all financial information, particularly JV accounting, budgeting and cash management, - advising the operational team on the development of strategic financial plans for rapid operational expansion and improvements. - managing external relationships with banks, tax and regulatory authorities, clients and suppliers. The successful candidate will be ideally a motivated accountant with international experience ideally in the Oil&Gas industry. Able to work in an energetic and fast moving environment, they will demonstrate a background of tight financial and administration management, board level interaction combined with excellent presentation skills, a hands-on attitude and a willingness to immerse themselves in detail. Fluency in English is essential to succeed in this role.
