Lead the maintenance systems, supervising the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process and executing preventive and corrective strategic plans in the long, medium and short term. Responsibilities - Schedule, train, supervise and motivate maintenance department employees. - Coordinate the work carried out by external providers. - Ensure the efficiency of repair programs and review estimates of repair costs. - Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of the company's equipment and parts. Control and monitor inventory. - Make sure all vehicles are clean, full of fuel and in good working order. - Implement security policies and procedures for the department. Required: - Bachelor's or Engineering Degree - More than 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
