Senior Production Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER VIETNAM This Senior Production Manager will take the responsibility to overall manage the production including resource, processes and tools management in order to ensure smooth production plan. In the near future, this person shall lead green field project to set up new manufacturing site of the company in Vietnam and fully control the production of the set up site. Manage and optimise productivity and capacity of production Ensures compliance with company standards, manage production budget and cost control Implements cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures and manpower Assesses and builds leadership bench-strength and organisational capabilities as well as creates a collaborative high performance work environment Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate operational performance and improved working relationships Promotes and fosters a culture of collaboration, cooperation, employee engagement and communication Manage the efficient organisation of activities and work in production Maintain and improve proper and verified technical documentation, work instructions, production methods and work cycles Ensure hygiene standards are maintained in all production areas Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering 12+ years of hands-on production experience in an international mechanical manufacturing company In-depth knowledge of Semi-auto and assembly production process Good planning skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
