Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD DUBLIN IRELAND An exceptional opportunity for a senior commercial finance professional to join high growth organisation (12-15% year on year). You will report to and be mentored by an accomplished CFO, deputising at board level, with bank execs and other significant stakeholders. Managing an established team running the analysis, you will partner with commercial teams to deliver key cashflow and investment data, influencing decision making at the most senior levels in the company. Responsibilities of the Head of Commercial/Corporate Finance: Drive value add delivery within corporate finance by establishing best practices Manage a team of 6 finance professionals, specialising in treasury, corporate finance and financial planning Understand the strategies of the firm, and deliver to financial analysis to senior stakeholders, partnering with them to achieve key commercial / value goals Work closely with the CFO and the executive team to enhance investment decision making ‘Hold the pen’ on new commercial projects ensuring they are viable in line with the business strategy and cashflow projections Enhance the treasury teams’ value add to the organisation by identifying efficiency and best practice opportunities As Head of Corporate Finance you will be a qualified accountant and possess the gravitas and influencing skills to manage relationships with senior executives, the board and very influential external stakeholders unique to this firm. You will have a commercial mindset, transferable corporate finance skills and as a qualified accountant, understand the value of cashflow management.
