Job Description : PACKAGING QUALITY MANAGER VIETNAM an FDI company specialising in providing premium packaging solutions, their factory is based very close to HCMC. In this Quality Manager job you will take the responsibility to take care the total quality management of the factory, to lead the team towards providing excellent products to customers In this role you will take the responsibility to take care the total quality management of the factory, to lead the team towards providing excellent products to customers. Coordinating with top management team, plant manager to build up the quality strategy, action plan including the quality policy and objective for the quality management system Responsible to build up, to maintain, to improve and supervise the activities from supplier quality management, incoming quality control, new product introduction & lab, in-process quality control and out-going quality control Responsible to build up the monitoring system to improve the customer returns Responsible to build up an equivalent system/procedure to comply with the customer’s requirement/standard which is relevant to quality Responsible to review, to assess the quality management system and suggest for improvement Responsible to recruit, to train, to coach and frequently assess the staff performance At least 12 years in the management position Expertise in printing is a plus Excellence communication skills in English Experience in quality system management Management and conducting of certification and customer audits Detailed oriented and results driven approach Excellent organisational and leadership skills
