Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO THAILAND at one of the leading consumer goods companies based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be leading the overall finance, accounting, investment analysis and ensuring all the compliance to SEC and SET requirements. This is a great opportunity for the Chief Financial Officer as a leadership team member to lead the finance direction of the company, represents the company in the investor relations roles and make sure the deliverable of finance and accounting operations and objectives. The package for this role includes base salary + performance bonus. Strategically provide finance leadership to support the development of the short and long term financial objectives Lead the team of finance and accounting professionals Ensure the financial planning and analysis activities i.e. forecasting, budgeting, consolidated financial and management reporting Oversea the operational finance and accounting activities and ensure the transactions are accurately, properly and timely recorded and properly presented according to TH GAAP and relevant regulations Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems and processes, identify the key improvements of the work flow, internal controls and standard operations procedures. This is also to ensure the fairly presentation of the financial information Responsible for the investor relations activities, communications with the external auditor, SET, SEC, the Revenue Department Strong leadership and track record of managing people required Relevant degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience 18 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, preferably in consumer goods business Experiences in working closely with the executive team Preferably with experience in process improvement and ERP implementation Having experiences in managing finance and accounting function in public listed company
