Job Description : BUSINESS HEAD AUTO PARTS NORTH INDIA Qualification : Graduate Engineering Experience : 25-30 yrs Identify and acquire develop business for the organization. Achieving the company's targets in sync with the organizational growth strategy. Develop relationships and build a connect with key personnel at all stakeholder's accounts. Develop new product lines that will help scale up the organization. Collaborating with new principal companies both domestic and international. Identify and implement the right channels for marketing, distribution, and logistics. Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers' expectations. Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping Management of entire Value Chain , end to end. Experience of handling P&L independently, Management of Financial result Deployment of Strategic initiative to ensure profitable growth, Customer relationship management and Market Development Driving Vision as well as value of organization, Enhancing brand Value
