Job Description : CEO - Automotive Manufacturing (India) Location: Pune, India Salary: Up to INR 4 crore per annum Company Overview: Our client is a leading automotive manufacturer with several plants and manufacturing locations in India. They are committed to delivering high-quality products while constantly improving their processes and technologies to meet the changing needs of the market. Valkyrie People Consulting has been engaged to assist in their search for a CEO. Role Overview: We are looking for a CEO with a minimum of 20 years of experience in the automotive industry to oversee all plant and manufacturing locations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and driving growth in a highly competitive market. The position is based in Pune, India. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's overall strategy and vision, in consultation with the Board of Directors Drive growth in revenue, market share, and profitability Oversee all aspects of plant and manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain, logistics, and maintenance Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders Provide leadership and direction to a team of senior executives and managers Ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the industry Requirements: Minimum of 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and supply chain management Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and exploit new opportunities in the market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in all aspects of operations Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred If you meet the requirements of this role and are interested in leading a dynamic and growing automotive manufacturer in India, please apply with your CV and a cover letter explaining why you are the best candidate for this position.
