Job Description : > preparation of layout for new project. > Educate the team on best practices, policies and service. > develop and maintain operational guidelines for employees. > Oversee assembly operational risk and audit activities. > Prepare process flow for each project. > Determine staffing requirements, work assignments and schedules for new projects. >Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment. > Prepare budgeted manpower required station wise, for every project >Evaluate current assembly operational strategies and recommend improvements. >Calculate tact time / cycle time of each operation. > Line balancing > Design a storage method. > Responsible for Complete Handover of each project. > Responsible for assembly line efficiency of OEE Target. > Time and motion Study for assembly line > Responsible for department inventory and material re-cancellation.
