Job Description : Head CRAMS Business development usa For Reputed Pharma company Should be Science graduate with Marketing Diploma or Degree Minimum 20 Plus years Similar Experience in API Business development Pharma Company Experience CRAMS / CDMO business of Pharma at the leadership positions. Played pivotal roles and acquired expertise in Business Development Market research and selection of targets - Products and their Innovators. · Identify decision makers of target customers through networking and business conferences, and establish relationship for business association. · Develop roadmap to get RFP/Lead from target customers - US, EU, · CDA & MSA review and finalization by involving top management team. · RFP evaluation, Interfacing with technical team, pricing review, proposal writing. Market research and selection of targets - Products and their Innovators. Develop strategic partnerships with Innovators to support their product development programs by leveraging our technical capabilities. · Lead annual sales budgeting process and owning P&L for the business. Forecast, Budget and Fulfill the set targets. Managing P&L for the business. · Obtain RFP, evaluation of RFP, preparing proposal, writing and submitting proposal, negotiation and concluding the business. · Conclude orders and track shipments with respective logistic department and follow up for payments / receivables with customers. · Engage R&D Head in alignment with business objectives and keep the resources occupied with FTE business model projects. · Ensure customer satisfaction with regards to Quotations, samples, Regulatory queries, technical documentation, agreements, CDA, and quality complaints. Prepare business plan for CRAMS business and converting it into sales budget. · Formulate CRAMS business strategy and new initiatives, and lead strategy presentations to the Board and Investors. · Develop strategic partnerships with Innovators to support their novel drug development programs by leveraging our technical capabilities. · Market research and selection of targets – Pharma Products and their Innovators. · Establish relationship with decision makers of Innovators for business association.
