Job Description : General Manager - Sales Operations DUBAI UAE Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits & incentives One of the leading Retail Group in the region, having major branches within UAE operating across GCC for high quality global brands at a competitive price. Drive aggressive store sales and profitability while ensuring process adherence across all stores. Implement trade activities in line with Purchase Department objectives to push for meeting and exceeding business targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Work closely with the Purchase Department to manage inventory levels and optimize product mix with maintenance of high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets by developing effective marketing and executing promotional campaigns. Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field Minimum of 15 years’ experience in retail operations Strong ability to work at the shop floor/ground level to lead the team Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time across regions
