Job Description : HUMAN RESOURCES HEAD NIGERIA Candidate must have experience in Mining & Metal, Construction, Oil&Gas Industry and African Country working Age Maximum 55 Years Education: Candidate Should have Good HR Education Background - Operation in Plant HR Activity like Legal, Union Part, IR in the implementation of PMS, T&D, OD and Engagement initiatives, as planned and envisaged at the Corporate Office. - Monitoring statutory compliances of various locations in Plant, Factory Operation - Payroll Management & Recruitment and manpower planning - Performance Evaluation, Coordination of Performance Management System - General Office Administration, ISO audit Facing - Sound knowledge of Labour laws - Assist CEO in manufacturing plant in the implementation of the HR initiatives, Training & Development and Training Management initiatives in coordination with corporate and all the manufacturing units. - Support Organizational Change ensuring that the appropriate systems of Performance Management, Employee Development, Communication, Monitoring and Review are in place Develop and implement Leadership, Management and Team Experience : - 20+ Years Location : - Lagos, Nigeria
