Job Description : Head Construction BANGLORE For Reputed construction group company Should be 25 plus experience with Bachelor's degree & MBA in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of construction industry best practices, building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM), is a plus. Possess strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, including design, planning, budgeting, procurement, and construction. Develop and implement project timelines, schedules, and budgets. Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Develop and implement best practices for construction project management. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve project efficiency, quality, and profitability. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and tools to succeed. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Tracking Project Master Schedule and review with all the stack Holders. Developing a Strong Technical & Operations team aligning with Specific KRA’s to execute the project. Supervising project activities and managing the complete cycle of the project management entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects. Managing P/L of Operations by adherence to the Annual Operation Plan. An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Capable of handling multiple projects independently. Salary Rs. Up to 80 LPA
