Job Description : Chief Financial Officer DUBAI UAE Required Experience and Skills Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance, with at least 5 years as Head of Finance and Accounts Work experience in Oil & Gas/ Petroleum downstream Trading and Marketing Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA) or MBA (Finance) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Previous experience in M&A is preferrable Responsibilities ?Handling full spectrum of financial operations, forecasting, budgeting, etc. ?Performing financial reporting & cash flow forecasting, analysing margins, variances and cost, mark to market of derivatives. ?Preparing management reports for facilitating top management decision-making using input & outputs (revenues) feedback, labour utilization, analysing & writing commentaries ?Managing and supporting major projects that require significant quantitative and qualitative analysis from the financial perspective ?Cultivating relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure adequate financing and banking facilities are available to the company. ?Managing import/export related financial instruments and liaise with banks, customers and suppliers. ?Developing & maintaining internal control & effective accounting system & policies; responsible for consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting ?Negotiating with management & authorities for securing mandatory approvals & exemptions for streamlining process & operations ?Handling of Tax and compliance related matters
