Job Description : NSM NIGERIA Manufacturing Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years work experience in Nigeria and 20+ years in FMCG sales job seeks a high-performing Expat National Sales Manager to help meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. Responsibilities: • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Requirements: oar jeNei • Candidate must be an Indian by nationality • Experience in biscuit selling business • Minimum of 5 years proven work experience in buscuit sales
