Job Description : GREENFIELD PROJECT HEAD THAILAND In this role, you will be responsible for leading construction of a large greenfield factory project in Thailand and managing the project team, site activity and project execution from start to completion of the project. Lead the construction of a large greenfield factory project in Thailand Manage the Project Team and General Contractor on site Support project management in contingency and resource planning Responsible for coordinating activities related to the application for and approval of statutory local authority planning approvals required for the project Accountable for the on-time, on-budget and safe execution of the project Source and manage all sub contractors, vendors and equipment Manage the project team, site activity and project execution from start to completion of the project. The successful candidate must have at least 20 years experiences leading other food/beverage greenfield factory project including site selection, tendering for civil/ electrical/ mechanical, contractors, and regulatory approvals. Key Requirements: Experience leading other food/beverage greenfield factory project Strong analytical and presentation skills Good interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to think creatively to keep up with customer needs and growth of business Experience in BOI, dealing with Thai government, set up green filed plant from scratch
