FP & A Director

Job Description : FP & A DIRECTOR SINGAPORE · Reporting to the VP Finance, you play a critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions. · A key member of the senior leadership team, the expectation will be to support and push the strategy and direction of the businesses across Asia. · Working closely with the different cross functional teams, your portfolio will include development on strategy of growth, budgeting/forecasting, responsible for driving the financial and business analysis as well as operations and costing analysis. · This is a business-oriented role where you will participate proactively in reviewing and recommending effective business practices. · Relevant Degree in Accounting/Finance · At least 15 years of relevant experience within a Retail/FMCG environment · An analytical mind and a keen interest in analysis coupled with a strong commercial acumen. · A strong visionary leader who possess excellent communication and presentation skills · Ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organisation and have an impact on decision making
