Job Description : NSM NIGERIA FOR SNACKS/RTD 20+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities Strategize and planning for managing new and existing distributors, customer feedback on new product development and launch, promotion, distribution, product pricing, road show, product promotion. Responsibilities: --- · Maintain sales volume across all the SKU, current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. · Manage the sales team of market response and van sales response · Lead a team of corporate supermarket and other supermarkets merchantizers. · Run promo or discount scheme to reach maximum direct consumers. · Strategize for new product positioning & launch, develop marketing budget & sales flow in consultation with the top management. · Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals. · Maximizes sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks. · Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity. · Monitor day to day secondary sales activities of team. · Conduct weekly / monthly sales meeting. Monthly sales analysis and business plan for coming month Desired Candidate Profile ** Work experience in Nigeria is must
