Job Description : Head - Aftersales Service - Multibrand Company Profile - Leading automotive Company Location - Dubai Designation - Head Aftersales Service Compensation - Salary + Family Visa(Wife & 2 Kids Upto 18), Once in a year Visit to India, leaves annually Experience - 15+ Years' Experience Education - Any Graduate/P.G KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1) Identifying the market potential and develop long term & short term business plan for the region 2) Analyze, prepare & maintain budget for the region 3) Strategic planning and management on inflow of vehicles 4) Marketing management focusing on customer, brand & customer satisfaction 5) Setting revenue targets annually, quarterly & monthly basis and take appropriate initiatives to achieve the target in par with the expenses 6) Standardize process & procedures in order to setup service operations and smooth functioning in the region 7) Guide and direct infrastructure development projects in the region 8) Review & validate root cause analysis and propose effective solutions in order to retain customers and repeat business 9) Estimate and recruit man power requirement as per the market and business scenario 10) Attaining market leadership by providing after-sales service over the product lifecycle in the region Knowledge & Skills : 1) In-depth understanding & Technical expertise of automobile after-sales function (passenger car) 2) Planning & Strategic Orientation 3) Customer Satisfaction Management 4) Change Management 5) People Management 6) 15-20 years in After sales service experience with at least 5 years in a senior position
