Job Description : CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER THAILAND Thai electronic manufacturer based in Bangkok. You will be responsible for enhancing growth by managing company sales to exceed identified targets, identify new business opportunities/growth from expanding market knowledge, create and personalise the most suitable experience for clients, support the sales team and provide guidance to initiate new leads and values. As the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be reported to the CEO and are accountable for overseeing and supervising manager & staffs in the team to ensure both individual and sales team amount meet the target. Prioritise the potential level of each prospective client. Then, plan and execute the relationship building to high potential client using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, or indirect methods such as networking Assign the members in the team to reach out to the prospective client. Monitor the business development activities of the members in the team Maintain the strong relationships with the key clients; catch up for their recent situation, advise the best solution, and liaise with the entire cycle of the service to ensure the key clients’ satisfaction To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 15 years working experiences with a least seven years in people management experiences. Bachelor’s degree in business, or related fields Prior experience in business development, channel development distributor management Good connection with designer, contractor and developer will be a must Detail oriented alongside strong project management skill
