Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER THAILAND Project Manager – Engineering will lead and implement strategic-sustainable factory blueprint both infrastructure, system and technology to serve business directions both short term and long term with cost effectiveness. This role offers competitive salary and benefits. Formulate medium to long term strategy for CAPEX investment base on current infrastructure requirements and business requirements. Leading overall project management and execution Formulate long term strategy for maintenance Formulate sustainable utility roadmap alignment with global sustainability with cost effective solution Formulate automation strategy in alignment with global automation direction Responsible for procurement of equipment and materials, and services; and selection and hiring of subcontractors Drive continuous improvement initiatives to drive plant performance improvement Actively participate in CI (WCOM), Safety, Energy and Reliability Improvements Projects to explore the opportunity of machine performance improvement, asset replacement program set up, cost savings, energy consumption improvement and service contracts performance improvement to contribute business profit Provide coaching and feedback to develop team capability Bachelor Degree in Engineer, preferably Electrical, Automation Control, Mechanical Direct experience in managing big investment projects ($20 MM) or multiple projects for the entire enterprise or across the region, preferably in FMCG, F&B, petrochemical, chemical business Competency in automation control system – PLC is a plus Experience in managing project in other countries will be a plus Excellence management and communication skill Excellence ocmputer literate in MS office Excellence in working with different functions Excellence leadership and influencing skills
