Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR SPAIN Operations Director for a start-up company focused on secure technologies for communication infrastructures. As Operations Director you will be responsible of supervising and coordination the daily activities of the business to ensure that commercial and technical objectives are correctly prioritized, alManage daily operations, partnering up with the CEO and coordinating with other departments to ensure that the organization is operating effectively. Develop and implement operational strategies. Monitor and report on performance. Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Finance to contribute directly on the company growth. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. A degree in Engineering with solid technical background and MBA (preferred). +8 years of experience in Senior Project Management and operations manager. Extensive experience in P&L management. Natural leader, communication skills and analytical mindset. Hands-on attitude and excellent team player. Spanish and English proficiency.
