Job Description : TECHNICAL FERTILIZER MANAGER SPAIN Biofuel business group wishes to incorporate a Senior Engineer Responsible for Fertilizers for its biogas division. Selection and validation of suppliers, engineering and technologists for the production of the product and the construction and maintenance of the composting plants. Supervision and management of farms and production processes. Maintenance management of composting plants and fertilizer production. Assessment of the characteristics of each product and its use. Residue analysis. Economic management of the business unit, budgeting and cost optimization. - Training as a chemical engineer or agronomist. - Minimum 12 years of experience in a fertilizer company, designing or formulating chemical or organic fertilizers. - Experience in compacting, pelletizing and granulation processes. In-depth knowledge of waste recovery. - Analytical person with experience in process improvement and improvement plans. Proactivity and ability to work in a demanding environment.
