15 yearsJob Description : S & OP MANAGER BEVERAGE MANUFACTURING UAE The S&OP Manager will be responsible for coordinating and aligning the sales and operational plans of the company to ensure that they are integrated and optimized for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction. The S&OP Manager will lead the planning process for both sales and operations, working closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather data, assess market trends, and forecast demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, demand planning, and data analysis, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the S&OP planning process, ensuring that sales and operational plans are aligned and integrated across different departments. Develop demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights. Work closely with production & distribution teams to ensure that capacity planning and inventory levels are optimized to meet demand forecasts. Identify and analyze performance metrics related to sales and operations, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels. Develop strategies to optimize production efficiency and improve distribution & procurement performance. Work closely with procurement and coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the company has the necessary materials, equipment, and personnel to meet demand forecasts. Work closely with Marketing and monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different departments, including sales, production, finance, and distribution management. Drive continuous improvement in the S&OP planning process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and implementing best practices to optimize performance. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the S&OP planning process. KEY INGREDIENTS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, and ORACLE. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments. Knowledge of supply chain management best practices, including capacity planning, inventory management, and supplier management. Experience with S&OP planning processes and methodologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address issues proactively. Ability to drive change and continuous improvement within the organization. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
