Job Description : Chief Executive Officer who is strongly experienced in engineering consultancy and project management background from the UAE/Gulf to join company based in Abu Dhabi: - Must be physically available in the UAE to attend face to face interviews - Must be highly experienced in various commercial and residential projects in the market/Gulf region - Must have exposure in handling various departments in previous or existing company - Must come from civil engineering background - Must have lead or held C-level role in an engineering consultancy background - Drive organizational development with respect to change, innovation, and knowledge to achieve desired strategic business goals - Establish organizational business performance indicators and measurement standards - Set direction for organizational budget planning - Challenge new ideas in line with risks and opportunities
