15 yearsJob Description : COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI Commercial Manager KRAs Managing Profitability - FMCG Division Preparation of P&L on monthly basis Presentation & Review of all parameters of P & L to Business Head of Division Presentation & Review of Final P&L to Board, Group CFO Regular proactive review of all parameters and raise alerts on deviations and address corrective actions. Maintain reconciliation reports on provisions and write-backs in successive annual P&Ls Customer Receivables Management Regular preparation & monitoring of Outstanding Statement as per set Co. norms and Customer BDA terms Send regular alerts to sales Team on Overdue instances, and attend customer meetings, if required. Prepare & circulate Customer Ledger & Customer Statement of Accounts on a monthly basis. Provide weekly / monthly reports on Outstanding & Overdue Collection Target vis-à-vis Actual Collection Monitor, provision, reconcile & reduce Bad Debts / Write Offs Brand Principal / Supplier Management Monitor all transactions with Suppliers, with strict adherence to Business MOU / Contract Supplier Claims Management Ensure Monthly Balance Claims Confirmation from all Brand Principals Ensure monthly submission of Claims with proper documentation. Ensure proper archive of claims approvals received from Trade Marketing Ensure regular clearance and reconciliation of Supplier pending claims. Ensure monthly reconciliation of Sales & Spends Reports with Trade Marketing Manage initiation and liaising with finance for all Supplier payments as per norms / MOU / contract. Address miscellaneous Commercial needs arising on account of Suppliers PI / Tax Invoices Manage Business Revenue Pricing Management……play the role of an active checker, where Trade Marketing is the maker. Monitor Net Sales Revenue Manage & Monitor process of Sales Returns Monthly Reconciliation of Physical & System Inventory, Review with Warehouse Logistics Reports generation & reconciliation Monthly P & L Presentation to Division Presentation to Board Monthly MIS Preparation & presentation of all Commercial Reports of MIS Commercial Overview report Outstanding Collection Report Weekly, Monthly SOA reconciliation Pending Claims Report Supplier wise monthly status Provisions reconciliation Reconciliation of Stock ageing Report with Trade Marketing Overheads (Sales & Logistics) Review with Business Head… monthly The Commercial Manager will report to the Business Head- Sales. Will closely liaise with Trade Marketing Managers for Customer Management, Brand Principal Management, Business Revenue Management & Reports Generation & Reconciliation. Education & Experience Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in P&L Preparation and Presentation, Receivable management and Business Revenue Candidates who are immediately available will be given preference.
