Workshop Manager

Job Description : WORKSHOP MANAGER - UAE We are seeking a Workshop Manager who is proficient in technical matters and is results-oriented, to work at a service centre in Dubai. The position will report to the Aftersales Manager and will be responsible for overseeing Workshop operations to ensure excellent customer service and achieving profit and loss targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, working with premium automotive brands in a multicultural environment. You must have a successful track record of managing teams in a technical environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Leadership skills are a must for this role.
