15 yearsJob Description : Group Head Talent Acquisition Location: Mumbai Education: MBA/PG (fulltime) in HR is a must CTC Offer: 75 to 90 LPA Candidates with 15+ years in managing the complete lifecycle of Talent Acquisition and should have strong exposure to recruitment in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for hiring across all Group Function roles. Execute/ oversee all Key hiring across the Group companies e.g. - CXO, Senior Leadership, Expat and critical positions across business functions of the organization. Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan. Development and implementation of annual recruitment strategy, in line with the group policy Ensure fresh and experienced talent-hiring through Campus Program PAN India across all levels. Capitalize on the relevant social media platform to attract the best talent. Lead TA policy formulation for various channels (Internal and External). Play a pivotal role in the transformation and Change Management objectives of the organization. Create & build strong Employer Branding initiatives for the organization. Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics to monitor and improve performance. Partner with senior business leaders to build robust recruitment strategies and annual plans based on deep knowledge of their businesses.
