Job Description : VP SALES AND MARKETING DELHI FOR AUTO Reporting & Reportee Structure:- Matrix Reporting: - Your reporting will to the Business Entity CEO & Group President Marketing. Group President is responsible for India business for the entire group which exceeds Rs. 4000 + Crores currently. Reportees:- · Sales & Marketing Leadership team at AGM/ DGM/ GM Levels of about 3 - 4 people · Approx. about 10+ Senior KAM's reporting both directly and matrixed as it is a complex structure. This Role includes, but is not limited to: - Part of the India Leadership Team of the Top 20 Executives/ Company Officers amongst the 10,000 + Employees within group. · Driving the organization strategy to grow the business from Rs. 1700 Crores to Rs. 3500 Crores in the next 3 -4 years through a combination of organic and inorganic growth · Strategic client acquisitions ideally to use 100% production capacity of similar product lines to mitigate the fixed cost by working with peers across Finance, Operations, R&D and Purchase · Work towards improving the contribution factor for every client by aggressively negotiating and selling the value add to clients and by renegotiating for price increase as and when necessary. · Be a Change Leader to drive key growth initiatives across the company and through these positive developments, aggressively work towards winning back customer confidence. · Drive Inorganic growth for the entity and the group in identifying companies for JV's or acquisitions that would synergize the growth of the organization to able to grow 2x in the next 3-4 years · Demonstrate the maturity and leadership to be able to mentor the peers and subordinates in building a strong succession pipeline · The role will be highly strategic in nature. In this role, you will try and leverage your relationships and contacts that you would have developed over the last 2 decades across the Auto OEM's in markets like Passenger Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, Construction Equipment, Off - Highway, Tractors, 2- Wheelers, etc. to open up newer markets and segments to enhance business growth. Essential Functions (Responsibilities): - · Drive the strategic vision with a clear focus to build new Auto OEM clients beyond the existing ones by offering the entire bouquet of products in the group companies and across the business divisions & 10-12 Plants they have pan India · With most of the product lines of any vehicle being made within the group companies, in this role you would work towards bring large relationships / deals to the table for any/many entities within the group and make the business plans the necessary investments to be made for the same. · It will be your responsibility to work with the BU Leaders/CxO's to convince them on the deal structuring and be able to present the profitability to them for the deals and relationships brought by you. · As a Customer & Business Development Leader you will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. · In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, short term forecasting, drive deal analytics and contribute to the overall business strategy. · Scanning and Monitoring business and market trends, Generating marketing intelligence and do strategic planning for various customers · Identifying possible opportunities/threats to the business and develop plans for the same and help in developing annual volume map, detailed planning of which customer to be targeted, wallet share etc. to achieve business growth. · Defining approach to customer management,Providing input and supporting to BU Key Account Management teamspresent in India and globally. · Monitoring and tracking the performance including cross selling and sharing of opportunities, also conducting Customer Satisfaction Survey and develop action plans to mitigate any OFIs to effectively manage and service Key Accounts · Interacting and studying customer (existing and potential) requirements, work with Business Unit teams, Providing solutions to customers in terms of new products for increase in volume in existing product offerings, expand the go to market (Auto, Auto adjacent, non-auto etc.) in order to generate revenue through RFQs · Building and nurturing relationship with existing and potential customers, through personal meetings and Tech Shows, maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments. · Seeking feedback from customers to implement a program of continuous improvement and retain customers. · Defining corporate processes and systems for business and customer development to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations while keeping Organizations interest in mind Perks and Benefits One of the most challenging assignments in the Automotive Tier -1 Industry.
