20 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER CONSUMER GOODS OMAN 20+ years experience Reports to : Head of Sales Supervising BDM Education University Degree Experience - 15 Years in FMCG PRIMARY INTERACTIONS Internal External Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Distributors, Customers, Consumers Responsibility Area Functions - To develop Business, achieve sales Target for the assigned region. - To identify Potential future distributors. - To ensure market presence is maintained thru proper dist & merchandiser - To track pipelines and makes rectifications to maintained specified norms. - Responsible for ensuring timely payments, LC from our Business Partners - Identifies breakages/ expiries/ damaged stocks and ensures that they are processed as per specified norms.. - Ensures that the distributor adheres to the specified company norms pertaining to stocks, Payment, distribution etc. - Ensures that distribution claims are settled within the prescribed period as per the corporate norms and guidelines. - To keep a track on the competitors NPD, Market share, distribution etc. - To develop market intelligence to prevent duplication of our products - To ensures that their respective stockists are adequately servicing their markets. - Ensures that stockists are following the desired norms/ targets - Sets targets of sales man of the Distributor in terms of total market to be serviced through various channels. - To identify sales productivity of Sales Man - To develop & maintain key relations with Key Supermarkets & customers.
