Job Description : Head of Business Development GUINEA Automotive Reports to : Managing Director Qualifications : Masters Degree in Sales & Marketing or any relevant field Experience:10+ years Benefits & Compensation: USD 7000-10000 Accommodation : Provided to Self and Family Ticket Allowance : Provided to Self and Family Age Criteria:Below 40 years of age Duties & Responsibilities: > Work with industry strategy leads and service team leaders to shape new automotive solutions and associated business models, partnerships, and strategic efforts aligned to support the automotive industry strategy. > Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers. > Identify business opportunities and perform market research to create business leads and identify potential projects. > Develop and implement overarching sales strategies, system, process and discipline within the company. > Generate new customer and partner relationships to ensure new business and opportunities are identified. > Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate supply chain activities. > Inspire people to do the best work of their careers, being a multiplier, amplifying theknowledge and capability of the people around you while continuing to provide an inclusive workplace as one of Best Places to Work. > Act as an advisor on complex issues and engagements, exercising discretion and latitude in reaching critical goals. > Develop Reporting structure and lead cross-functional teams and mentors others > Manage to a minimum billable utilization target Skills Requirements: > Experience working in the automobile sector (Trucks, Heavy Vehicle, 2 wheelers), knowledge of mining equipment with heavy trucks and 2W that have scaled partnerships and industry solutions globally. > Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgement and quantitative analytics. > Thought leader with a solid understanding of automotive industry transformation and the role of technology. > Excellent oral and written communication skills. > Strong interpersonal skills and ability gain respect of senior management and external Executives. > Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow. > Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment. > French language will be an added benefit > Preferred experience in Francophone country
