Job Description : Chief Operating Officer – COO HYDREBAD INDIA for Reputed Pharma company Should be BTech-Chemical/Msc-Chemistry with Management degree or Diploma from reputed institutes Minimum 25 years of experience in the API / Bulk drugs/Agrochemicals/ Specialty chemicals Business; experience of managing/leading exports markets for these Product categories • Should have managed P&L - driving both top-line and bottom-line, and experienced / led organizational transformation Job Description Develop a plan to ensure that a robust Product pipeline for the future is maintained and drive R&D / product innovation ? Oversee and enable manufacturing operations - productions volumes as per plan and product quality ? Ensure Governance and adherence to statutory compliances, safety and environmental norms Build infrastructure and manufacturing capabilities through Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Projects ? Plan for key operational excellence initiatives through process improvements/ quality projects etc. for the Business and drive / review execution. Salary Up to Rs. 2.50 Cr.P.A
