Plantation Manager

Job Description : VEGETABLE PLANTATION MANAGER EAST AFRICA · Manage all agronomic aspects related to plantations: · Anticipate climatic hazards, keep informed of changes in the weather. · Ensure the protection of agricultural crops against pests nurseries, development, harvesting and maintenance of the latter, · Participate in the creation and maintenance of on-site infrastructure (roads, bridges, villages etc.), · Ensure the preparation and packaging of vegetables and fruits · Supervise labor on site, including team leaders and laborers during the harvest period. Manage the work of farm workers. position: · An agronomist by training, you have a first similar professional experience of at least three years on an isolated site in Africa, Asia or Latin America. · Experience in supervising vegetable and fruit crops. · Passionate, you are organized, meticulous and result-oriented.
