Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD INDONESIA Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Responsibilities: · Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions on a day-to-day basis. · Manage a team of Senior Executives and Executives. · Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives of the team. · Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. · Leads planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals. · Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents. · Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles. · Reviewing financial reports & documentation. · Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns. · Prepares financial forecasts, monitors financial details to ensure legal compliances. Requirements: · Proven work experience of minimum 12 years in finance & Accounting. · Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. · Knowledge of Global and Indian Practices. · Prior experience of leading a team. · Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards. · Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. · Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills. · Excellent report-writing and communication skills. · Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tally and other softwares. Preferable: CFA/CA
